Returns
Is an item not entirely to your liking? That can happen. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your package. Register your return by sending an email to info@solid-brush.com in which you state your name, invoice number/order number, item(s), and any reason for return. As soon as you have registered the return, you will receive an email with a return label, which you can drop off at a PostNL location. If you use this option, we will deduct €6.95 from the refund of the purchase amount, and you will not have to pay anything at the post office. This saves you one step compared to having to frank it yourself at the post office. This applies to our customers from the Netherlands.
If you do not wish to use the return label, you can send your return by post (at your own expense) to the following address (register your return via email):

Don't forget that you must bring the delivery receipt in that case. The Track & Trace code is on it so you can track the package.
Please remember to include your invoice (or a copy thereof) with your return package. This will allow us to process your return as quickly as possible. As soon as we have received your item and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount within one business day.
You can also drop off a return at our practice in Amsterdam; this saves you shipping costs and is, of course, more convenient. In that case, we request that you bring your invoice (or a copy thereof) to the clinic for optimal processing of your return.
Unfortunately, it is currently very busy, so processing your return may take a little longer than you are used to. If it takes longer than a week, please contact us.
Return conditions
- The item is unused, used, or the seal is still intact.
- Everything is complete and there are no signs of use or tears in the boxes.
- The item has been returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
- The item is delivered to us in good condition.
- Toothbrush boxes are not intended as shipping boxes; if you wish to return your toothbrush, please place it in the shipping box.
